What is the minimum rental contract period?

The minimum duration of stay is 1 month. Special discounts applied for longer periods.

How much deposit do I need?

1 month of rent deposit. We will refund your deposit within 7-10 working days after check-out.

How do I pay for electricity and water charges

- Electricity charges per unit at the rate to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority
(Additional building service fee of 2.7 baht per unit)

- The water charge per unit at the rate according to Metropolitan Waterwork Authority.
(Additional building service fee of 110 baht on top of water charge)

Are pets allowed in the apartment?

No pets allowed. A fine of 3,000 baht will be charged if you bring pets into the vicinity.
